@hector.arroyo and @KColeman-WMF

In the phabricator ticket Description for the mockup that says Get Support For an Incident, I am comparing that mockup to the Figma Designs from November 21st...

The mockup in the ticket Description shows the following verbiage:

What To Do Next
Unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users.

Also in that same section of the ticket Description where it says field it shows the following verbiage:

How To Get Support

and then during my testing it also says:

How To Get Support
Wikipedia is a community where inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users.

image.png (836×662 px, 102 KB)

The Figma Designs from November 21st does not show:

How To Get Support

nor does it say:

Wikipedia is a community where inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users.

So which is the correct verbiage that I should be seeing during my testing for the Get Support For An Incident screen?

Hi @Djackson-ctr - thanks for spotting this! The correct wording to test against is what's in the November 21st Figma file:

What to do next
Unacceptable behaviour is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users:

Thank you for the clarification @KColeman-WMF.

@hector.arroyo I am pushing this ticket back to Review so you can update the correct verbiage.

Also @hector.arroyo could you update the correct verbiage in the section that says:

Can't find what you're looking for?

my testing shows the verbiage:

If your issue isn't covered, please ask the community for help.

the Figma Design shows the verbiage:

If you're unsure what to do, please ask the community for help.

  • Wikipedia is a community where inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users to Unacceptable behaviour is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users
  • If your issue isn't covered, [[please ask the community]] for help to If your're unsure what to do, [[please ask the community]] for help."
  • How to get support -> What to do next

Once that's merged, the last screen would look like this:

@hector.arroyo

During testing I did notice 1 minor item that I wanted to run by you...
If you decide to leave it as is, just let me know and I will push the ticket to DONE on the phabricator workboard since no other issues were found during testing.

1st item:
This is a minor punctuation issue, the following text is missing a colon after the word users:

Unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users

Figma design shows the following:

Unacceptable behavior is managed by the community of experienced Wikipedia users:
