As we did for the public graph split hosts in T374009 , we have removed wdqs-categories from the internal graph split hosts in service of T379329 .
Creating this ticket as a reminder that we need address the internal categories situation as well, or the Cirrus deepcat feature will break.

We can't separate out wdqs-categories quite yet.
While it will eventually live in Kubernetes, we have a deadline to retire the legacy wdqs "full graph" servers by the end of March 2025 and we almost certainly will not be ready for Kubernetes by then.
As such, I'm closing out this ticket. See T385896 for further work on getting the wdqs-categories service running on main graph hosts.
