Expected results
I should see the contents of all the table columns
Actual results
As you can see from screenshots, the text and equations in the Name and Expression columns appear empty in both orientations. If you look closely you can see the equations in the cells of the Expression column as bright white in landscape orientation, and see them in the gray "More information" background in portrait orientation.

If I extend the selection into these columns, the text in the Name column appears, and the Expression column cells display as pinkish rectangles:

The white-on-white display could be because the table hardcodes style="margin:1em auto 1em auto; background:#fff;" , but the equations appearing "behind" the gray is odd.
I viewed the same article on an older Galaxy Tab S5e running earlier Android 11 (with different Battery saver behavior) and the table contents appear fine in both orientation, but two of the equations also appear in the "More information" header:
