Surfacing "Add a link" Structured Tasks: Test Wikipedia release (FY24/25 WE1.2.6)

Description

User story & summary:

As the Growth team, we want test the Surfacing "Add a link" Structured Task on Test Wikipedia, so that we can test in a production environment ASAP.

Acceptance Criteria:
  • Remove the no-link recommendation experiment (T377787) from Test Wiki 1 (In other words once we complete the enwiki 2% Add a Link release T377631, we should be able to remove the experiment set up from Test Wiki).
  • Release alpha version of the "Surfacing Structured Tasks" feature to Test Wikipedia. The feature should target logged in users on mobile with zero edits. (The alpha release will not be an A/B test).
