Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Open Ticket#2024111610004276 (located in the permissions-nl:wikiportret queue of the VRTS system).
- Try to resend the answer prepared in article 3 of the ticket.
- The previous step results in the recieving mailserver returning the error message mentioned below.
What happens?: When responding to the enquiry mentioned in Ticket#2024111610004276, the receiving mailserver rejects the sent (standard) response, effectively halting the handling of this ticket. The received error message is Headers too large (32768 max), with further information reading Remote server returned '552 5.6.0 Headers too large (32768 max)'. Please note that the full diagnostic information cannot be pasted here as long as the ticket is public for confidentiality reasons. It is available in the VRTS system (as Ticket#2024111610004276 ).
What should have happened instead?: Evidently, the response should have been sent to the receiver with headers not leading to this problem.
