Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

I did:
log out of paws
log in
open openrefine
open latest project
facet to 1 star
check schema
upload edits with creating 1 new item

What happens?:
silent fail 0%->refresh.

What should have happened instead?:

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
Firefox on arch Linux used
No errors visible in the network tab

I just tested the exact above process with OpenRefine on PAWS and I can successfully create an item (i.e. I can't reproduce the issue). https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q131322091&action=history

I downloaded openrefine and the project and tried the exact same locally and got exactly the same behavior.

this seems to be a bug in openrefine not related to PAWS.

I looked at the log locally and found this

while logged in to my account via my botpassword
this error was not propagated to the UI :/

I then logged out and in again using main account credentials and it worked as expected, https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q131362699.
