Thanks to Stefano Cannillo (Emerald), the website www.wikimedia.it has NO cookies.

This is true also accordingly to webbkoll:

No cookies detected.

So the natural proposal is:

The cookie banner has been removed.

Currently the www.wikimedia.it does not use any cookies, except session ones for logged in users.

I have no evidence of any youtube or any other third party embed.
