This task involves the work of ensuring volunteers at Phase 2a wikis (see below) are aware of:

1. The need to move active Flow boards to sub-pages
2. If "1." is not done by Monday, 16 December 2024 tentative date , a script will automatically do this moving
3. Once the script has been automatically moved, we'll share a list of any pages that need to be moved manually
4. Set all archived Flow boards into a read-only state
