Description

The Contribute menu (T322740) is available in a small set of pilot wikis. Now the key improvements based on feedback such as T369041 are completed. This ticket proposes to enable it in the following set of Wikis where translation experience is available on mobile:

  3. Chechen Wikipedia (ce)
  4. Xhosa Wikipedia (xh)
  5. Minangkabau Wikipedia (min)

Derived Requirement

Enable the Contribute menu on mobile devices for the next (6th) group of Wikipedias where Content Translation is supported, ensuring that the menu appears in the Minerva skin and functions consistently across all specified wikis. The menu must display the correct links and allow users to initiate translation tasks seamlessly on supported mobile wikis.

Test Steps

Test Case 1: Ensure Contribute Menu Is Enabled on Target Wiki (Mobile Skin)

  1. Navigate to one of the listed Wikipedias using https://{languagecode}.wikipedia.org (e.g., https://sa.wikipedia.org) on mobile or emulate a mobile viewport using Minerva skin.
  2. Confirm that the Contribute menu appears in the bottom navigation.
  3. ✅❓❌⬜ AC1: The Contribute menu is visible on the main page for the selected wiki on mobile.
