Looking into it we are NOT already exporting phone numbers (where we have them) to Acoustic.

On the Acoustic side I see 2 fields
mobile_phone
rml_phone
Do we only populate the former? how do the 2 interact?

mobile_phone is the correct field to populate. Rml_phone is unused and we should probably delete to prevent confusion.
thanks @EWilfong_WMF - I guess we need to be careful about overwriting phones if they potentially have consent attached to them already - how would that look?
