I'd like to nominate kg.kunsten.be (https://kg.kunsten.be/query/proxy/wdqs/bigdata/namespace/wdq/sparql or perhaps https://kg.kunsten.be/query/) to be whitelisted as an endpoint for federated queries. @Valerie_Wollinger_WMDE suggested I'd make a ticket here, following the mailconversation I paste below. Am I following the right steps? Should I provide more information? Let me know!

Hey Tom and Ron,

I spoke with our Product Manager on how to go about this situation. Currently, the right way to go about this is to create a Phabricator ticket with tag Wikidata-Query-Service and provide the info there.

Thanks for your message!

Previously, Query Service on Wikibase Cloud only allowed federated queries to the same endpoints that are allowed for Wikidata. Last month, we also whitelisted other Wikibase Cloud instances that already existed at that point. From now on, all new Wikibase Cloud instances will be automatically whitelisted for query federation from other Cloud instances every Monday.

From the documentation at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikidata_Query_Service/User_Manual, I gather that this is a matter of whitelisting.

Would it be possible to whitelist https://kg.kunsten.be/query for federated SPARQL queries at https://vlaamstheaterinstituut.wikibase.cloud/query/?
