Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Create a new account from https://translatewiki.net/wiki/Special:MainPage
- Choose to translate into a language that already has good coverage (such as French, Dutch, Interlingua or Hebrew)
What happens?:
- The new(ish) "edit summaries" feature is shown if the message you're told to translate has already been translated
What should have happened instead?:
- The module should be hidden with CSS; since the translator isn't changing an existing translation, but is asked to provide a new translation of an existing message, the history of the existing translation isn't relevant to them. Also, TranslationStash already hides a lot of other features that aren't relevant for the onboarding process, and this fits squarely with that.
