Discussed and agreed to use HUGO SSG for making the website with a theme from github

Forked this template, which will use Hugo as a render engine. https://github.com/athulvis/megakit-hugo-template.

Let me modify it a bit and write necessary scripts for updating the data

I am working on a new version of Hugo for the website. It is almost complete. Trying to add some contents there. Will publish soon. Targeted to complete before this year Annual General Meetup 2025.
