Serve vector map tiles, instead of raster map tiles, to end users' browsers. This is what most commercial map services (such as Google Maps, Apple Maps) currently do.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
This can improve user experiences when zooming maps, and solves potential problems related to rasterization (such as T228812).
