Note that the interlang prefix tig: still isn't working. I don't know/remember which step in the process is responsible for that, but apparently it hasn't been done (successfully) yet.
It's supposed to be done during the pre-creation phase, by a deployer running scap update-interwiki-cache. That was forgotten here for some reason. This also means that lateral interwikis like "b:" don't work on tigwiki.
This will fix itself when the next wiki is created (assuming they don't forget that step there as well) if no explicit action is done to fix it.

While trying to update the analytics canonical wiki dataset, I found that the sites tables in the MediaWiki databases have no entry for tigwiki.
I've checked this both using the Cloud Services replicas and using the internal Data Platform replicas, with the same results.
Any ideas what's going on? This doesn't usually happen with new wikis.
That gets added by the "add Wikidata support for XXXwiki" task, which is T381382 and hasn't been done yet. Not sure why.
