Hi everyone

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:

ERROR 1045 (28000): Access denied for user 's56344'@'172.16.1.16' (using password: YES)

What should have happened instead?:

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):
