Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
I would like to have translatable pages show more of the page content in small viewports over a long list of languages.
Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):
We (Movement Comms) have been working on updating Foundation-related pages on Meta-wiki. We're working on making sure our templates work well on mobile. Along the way we noticed that the language bar, for well-translated pages, takes up a lot of space at the top of the page. Nearly a screen an a half on an average iPhone.
We can modify the <languages> box with templatestyles and CSS, but this is inconsistent to other pages and is an ad-hoc solution.
Benefits (why should this be implemented?):
Readers of translatable pages do not have too scroll to find the content they are seeking.
Readers of translatable pages can still access the list of languages to see content in another language.
