try to reply to someone using discussionTools

What happens?:
error about reply link not works on this page

What should have happened instead?:
reply possible

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia): WMF wiki

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): workaround fixed by the diff

would be nice if it worked properly with frames too

It should work fine with frames / borders written as plain HTML on the talk page (i.e. <div style="border: whatever;">), but not when they are transcluded from a template like in this example.
