Deploy QuickSurvey for Patroller Tools Use survey

Description

We have a Patroller Tools survey to determine satisfaction for WE1.3, particularly focusing on Recent Changes and Watchlist.

Survey links:

We want to follow the same tactic as in T362969 to target users matching the following criteria:

  • Minimum edits: 500
  • Registration end: ~ deployment date - 6 months
  • Registered users only (no anons)

It should have a duration of one month.

It should be deployed to the following wikis:

  • en.wiki
  • de.wiki
  • fr.wiki
  • id.wiki
  • ar.wiki
  • hu.wiki
  • ur.wiki
  • simple.wiki
  • en.wiktionary
  • en.wikisource
  • Commons
  • Wikidata

The survey will be an 'external' type, linking out to a Qualtrics survey.

@Samwalton9-WMF can you provide a link to the privacy policy that covers this survey? I started to link to the qualtrics privacy policy which is what you reference in the description, but then I saw that the provided urls are lime surveys. I found this:

started a wip i18n patch while we wait on that privacy policy; holding off on config patches because those rebases get very messy if they sit for a while.

Thanks for the ping; this was waiting on me to pick back up and get the en messages into the wikimediamessages extension. I just put the patch up for review and we'll try to get it merged this week. Once translate wiki picks those up, we can enter the other locale messages. After those are merged back into the wikimediamessages extension and deployed, we can deploy the survey. So, we should be able to deploy to the first wikis next week or the week after.

Okay, I verified that the translations are looking good; I'm going to park this task in QA as there is nothing else to do here for now. T389401: Deploy first set of Patroller Tools surveys should be unblocked now. Ideally, this task would go back into our epics/tracking backlog column once we're certain we're happy with the translations.
