Description

With Wikit no longer being used in any of our products, we should communicate clearly that it's code base is currently unmaintained, will no longer be supported and no new contributions are accepted.

Acceptance Criteria

"[DEPRECATED]" is visible in the repository description on GitHub
"deprecated" topic is marked in to the repository
The repository is archived on GitHub
README clearly states that the code base is unmaintained and will no longer receive any new updates
