[documentation] add debugging in Prod tips: toggling lower log levels live

Description

What/Why:
In Production, we don't see log levels below 'info', sometimes we want to see the 'debug' logs for example when debugging certain function calls. There is a chrome extension to switch this on; I only recently heard about this.
