Description

Update dependencies in new-lexeme-special-page.

In the README you can find guidelines on how to update the dependencies.

If there are any issues, create a subtask.

If there are open dependabot PRs then either merge them, or close them, or create a task if they need more work and comment the Phabricator Task-ID there.

After all changes have been merged, this task can skip the Tech Verification column and be closed directly.

Note when updating the submodule: dist/style.css will be dist/new-lexeme-special-page.css (after the vite update).
