Metabase needs the jar in its plugins dir at startup, dropping it in /var/lib/metabase/plugins/ worked, but we need to get a little clarity on how that directory was created in the first place and whether a symlink here will survive a Metabase upgrade.

Package has been added to package_getter, built, and deployed to fran1001/fran2001.
Still to be done: process for tracking vulnerabilities and updates.
This package is tied into the whole package_getter scheme, so we get email alerts when a new release becomes available.
