Native MathMl and MathJax rendering for adjoint Dolbeault operator broken

Description

I am Using Ubuntu 24.04 with the latest version of Chrome.

The Latex code :<math>\overline{\partial}^*</math> will not be rendered correctly mit native mathml. The star will be rendered over the overline but it should be right oder the partial symbol.

Event Timeline

This bug also occures with MathJax rendering and it also accours with standard letters such as
<math>A^*:=\overline{A}^T</math>
and it occures also with lower indices.
