Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Create a page using one account (account A)
• With a different account (account B) that has "patrol" rights, open the page
• As account A, move the page to a different title leaving a redirect
• As account B, click "mark this page as patrolled" without reloading the page first

What happens?:

It adds a patrol log entry to the log for the old title. Despite that the new title gets patrolled, with no entry in its logs indicating that fact.

What should have happened instead?:

One of:

• The patrol fails entirely
• The patrol suceeds and adds an entry to the correct title's logs.
• The patrol marks the redirect left behind from the move as patrolled, leaving the page at its new name unpatrolled.
