[S] Show local language names (instead of canonical) in language selection lists

Description

We have several places where we show a list of languages for the user to select from, but the names of the languages are always in the "canonical" (English) form.
Let's update it so that each language is listed in its local form, i.e. each language name will be in its eigenlanguage.

(And make sure that wherever languages are searchable, they remain searchable via the local and canonical forms.)

Example for QA:

  • Have multiple languages selected in the app.
  • Set your device language to something other than English.
  • Go to Search in the app, and look at the horizontal list of languages under the search bar.
  • Each of the language names should be written in its own language. (Previously, all of these language names were in English, even if the device language was not English. << make sure this is no longer the case)
