Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

I haven't been able to recreate the issue. I had this happen to me, Samsung Galaxy S24 - Google Chrome. On simple.wiki. Also reported at https://simple.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Simple_talk#Suggestion

What happens?:

The bar at the top of the view, that allows a user to swap between the article and talk page has been disappearing.

What should have happened instead?:

The bar should appear.

Software version (on Special:Version page; skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.): Samsung Galaxy S24
Google.Chrome
