Description

Coming out of the search recommendations story mapping we identified the need to sync with @jwang on the instrumentation process so far, where the instrumentation is at now, what needs to be done, and then documenting the results.

instrumentation implementation is run by Jennifer
instrumentation spec is refined, with schemas, tasks, and other information added
bucketing instrumentation is documented somewhere
process for making A/B tests is clarified
