Background

Please consider adding dark mode for my project for logged out users.

Project:

Please add the website of your project.

User story

As an editor, I had worked to adapt and fix problems with colors in dark theme and I think dark mode is ready for Azerbaijani Wikipedia.

Requirements

Check the top 500 articles for my project.
If there are less errors in light mode than dark mode please enable.
If there are more errors please publish the report and share with the requestor so they know which errors they need to fix.

I evaluated the top 500 articles on this project and can confirm that night mode is now more accessible than light mode 🎉 so this project is ready. I've added it into the next batch of deploys here: T383451

Reopening as I've just realized that Vector 2022 is not enabled on https://az.wikipedia.org/ - it still serves legacy Vector to users (so I tested on the wrong URL/skin 🤦).

We can't enable dark mode until Vector 2022 is the default skin.

@Nemoralis @sgrabarczuk is this task also about enabling Vector 2022?
