Getting an error message "Auto-creation of a local account failed: You are not allowed to execute the action you have requested." I doesn't find a regex that prohibit this name in local Titleblacklist.
Maybe account autocreation doesn't work on wikitech? If yes, should she create an account manually and manually link it with SUL?
