What happens?: error “No session token.” / “Permission denied – Sorry; you aren't allowed to do that.”

What should have happened instead?: TWL login

error appears on all browsers (tested in Opera 115.0, Chrome 131.0 and Firefox 134.0)

looks like we are not getting back the expected editor id numbers from oauth; could be an oauth change that rolled out to metawiki on the train?

could be related to T382139: "sub" claim of oauth json web token should be a string

verified that we needed to cast the sub value to an int. Hotfix commit inbound; I did a direct edit in production for immediate resolution. Please let me know if you are still having trouble.
