Complete the fetch function for Wikidata properties

Description

This should be similar to the existing fetch functions for Wikidata items, lexemes, lexeme forms, and lexemes senses. The function (Z6822) and its implementation (Z6922) are already declared. This remains to be done:

function-schemata: Add properties to Z6002 for labels, descriptions, aliases, and claims (patch)
function-orchestrator: Add code for Z6922 (patch)

Desired behavior/Acceptance criteria (returned value, expected error, performance expectations, etc.)
