Add a "Block successfully removed" success message at the top of the form after a block has been removed.

Ensure that a "Block successfully removed" success message is displayed at the top of the form after a block has been successfully removed.

Open the Special:Block page.
Remove a block for a user.
After the block is removed, check if the "Block successfully removed" success message is displayed at the top of the form.
