Background

Based on UX feedback, the Collection View (T379273) needs clear pathways for users to both utilize and maintain collections. As noted in the parent task:

"We can provide a prominent action to select this collection to be used in the filters view... [and] a less prominent action to the wiki page where the collection was defined."

This task explore distinct interaction paths.

Proposed Features

Primary Action: Collection filter selection

• A button to return to "Adjust suggestions" screen to let users adjust suggestions by language pair or apply additional filters when multiple selection is available.
• Suggested labels: "Selection collection" or "Work with this collection"

Secondary Action: Collection Source Access

• Lower-prominence button for collection maintenance which provides access to Wiki page for collection definition. This can help admins to remove article from a list or collection marker management.
• Suggested labels: "View collection source" or "Edit collection"
