Highlight Colors Missing in Non-Light Themes for Highlighted Rows in Articles

Description

Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

  • Open the Wikipedia app.

*Search for the article "List of volcanoes in Japan."
*Scroll down to observe the table where rows with an orange background indicate active volcanoes (as per the article text).
*Switch between Light, Dark, Sepia, and Black themes in the app.

What happens?:
In Dark, Sepia, and Black themes, the orange highlight indicating active volcanoes does not appear in the table.
In the Light theme, the orange background is displayed correctly.

What should have happened instead?:
The orange background for active volcanoes should be visible across all themes to align with the article description and web version.

Tested on Pixel 6 on Android 15 and OnePlus 8 on Android 13. Tested on articles with lists of volcanoes.
