Note that the commit tested here was the revert in,
https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/c/mediawiki/services/parsoid/+/1112300
because parsoidtest1001 is running the current production code and the patch isn't backwards compatible. Meaning core and Parsoid need to ride the same train this week.

Once vendor merges, it might be worth testing on beta to ensure the API routes work as expected.

The v3 routes aren't publicly accessible though and I'm not sure what services still hit that endpoint, if any.
