Ideally, any editor who clicks on a direct URL available on a project page should land on the CX dashboard
a) with the suggestions already filtered by topic or collection
b) with the right source<>target language in place for the editor.

Based on what we have currently, there's an opportunity to think through these scenarios:

• Currently, not all wikis have the mobile experience enabled. Therefore, editors are likely to get varied user experiences, which is not the ideal scenario.
• Every editor landing on a project like Wikiproject Women's Health/Vital articles has different source & target language.
