When an administrator has to take many revision deletion actions on the same page in a short time span it causes a new entry in the Watchlist (and presumably Recent Changes?) for each deletion, even when the 'Latest revision' filter is selected.

This seems counter-intuitive, and when a vandal who rapidly changes IP vandalises the same page in a way that requires revision deletion, it causes areas of my Watchlist to become very hard to parse.
