As a WME Engineer i want to deploy references changes to production and run a structured contents re-ingestion.

• as soon as you are assigned to the ticket, coordinate with Stephanie and agree on a timeline for the re-ingestion --> UPDATE: dark launch date set for March 12
• deploy main api
• deploy structured-update and structured-bulk services
• scale up structured-bulk service with the configuration for the languanges we support, 1 by 1.
• update the docs while doing the reingestion
  • Update documentation/api-openapi-spec -
    • ALSO update infobox to infoboxes --> needs to be live in api and docs March 12th
  • Update internal data dictionary spreadsheet
    • ALSO update field infobox to infoboxes --> needs to be live in api and docs March 12th

• Let Chuck know that data-dictionary sheet updated (needs to be live March 12th)
