This doesn't seem like 0.5 of total involvement (esp. as it involves comms, checking in).

We usually don't count my work as it varies a lot from one wiki to the other.
- check with the community on how the increase goes
- change the percentage of newcomers that get a mentor from 75% to 100% on February 17.
@Trizek-WMF will you complete #3 this week, and then reassign this task if we are ready for engineers to complete step 4. Thanks!
Check is in progress, I think it is safe to reassign and prepare for Feb 17.
An interesting fact: we have 5 more mentors actively welcoming newcomers and 2 new mentors claiming since we offer the change the threshold!
