A failed Wikidata upstream dependency caused the generation of zero article-level suggestions, which in turn wiped out search indices.
Root cause: wmf.wikidata_item_page_link/snapshot=2025-01-13 is available but empty.

I've generated a dataset to repair search indices, both for ALIS and SLIS: isu_recover.delta/snapshot=2025-01-13.
@dcausse, as I'm heading to my team's offsite, would you be so kind to close this ticket and T384437: Few SLIS left in the search index as soon as the dataset lands in production? Thank you so much.

@Michael you can check whether suggestions are back in search indices via a hasrecommendation:image or hasrecommendation:image_section query to a given Wikipedia Special:Search page.
For instance, as of now eswiki seems to have 155 articles with article-level suggestions. The expected count should be ~89k as soon as the repair lands.
