Description

As a follow-up to T337089: [Epic] Implement global contributions feature but not a deploy blocker, Special:GC should follow the design specs and use Codex instead of OOUI.

Acceptance criteria:

It might make sense to make this page and other contributions pages use Codex at the same time. This includes Special:IPContributions, and tasks such as: T375282: Update the position of the IPContributions and Contributions toggle switches to match the design spec
