Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

What happens?:
Most likely the year of death of the person will be 2024, regardless of the month of death, February or October. When I created this category, it even included persons who died in 2023.

What should have happened instead?:
This category should include people who died recently, in 2025, just like in Russian or Ukrainian Wikipedia.

How are the articles added/removed from the category? Which template/module etc?

This category is automatically called and added to the articles by the categories "2025 deaths" (https://kk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Санат:2025_жылы_қайтыс_болғандар) and "2024 deaths" (https://kk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Санат:2024_жылы_қайтыс_болғандар). I don't know for sure, but it is definitely added to the article about a person if in the template parameter "death_date", for example, you will write "01.25.2025". I don't know what exactly causes it, but the category is added after that.

In azwiki, this category lists people who have died in the last one year. If the logic is the same here, this is most likely the reason.

Yes, it is same as azwiki: Module:Infocards#L-162. 31536000 is one year in Unix timestamp
