[Epic] Update colours on Wikidata to work on dark mode on Vector 2022

Description

Currently, some colours on Wikidata are breaking when switching to dark mode on Vector 2022.

The places where it is breaking are:

To align with Wikimedia frontend standards, we will assign Codex colour tokens to the elements on the page so that they work across light and dark modes.

@Arian_Bozorg It looks like all the listed pages work as intended. Is it possible to enable dark mode for them now?

@putnik we still have one open ticket that affects the editing state on Items. I'll let you know when it's all done and we can go live
