Add a deletion-log preview in Curation Toolbar.
Open, Stalled, Needs TriagePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):

Adding a preview of the deletion-log in the Curation Toolbar, to be able to view the reasons for past deletion(s) during New Page Patrolling, without having to click several times just to open the respective deletion-log in a new tab.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

When a page that has been previously-deleted is used viewed using the Curation Toolbar, a red notification appears on the "i" button that shows the metadata. Clicking it will indicate that a page has been deleted before. However, knowledge that a page has been deleted before doesn't really sway much on its own during the patrolling process, as the most important aspect is why the page was deleted. Therefore, clicking on the link to access the deletion-log is an essential practice, whenever such a notification shows up while patrolling.

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

Pages can be deleted for a variety of reasons. Sometimes, pages are deleted by a consensus-determining discussion such as at the Articles for Deletion (AfD) venue, but other times they might meet CSD G6 and were deleted just to make way for a move. For New Page Patrollers, the former deletion example is a much higher cause-for-concern compared to the latter example. If a deletion-log "preview" can be added to the Curation Toolbar, information regarding the deletion-summaries can be imparted to patrollers immediately, without needing to navigate to the deletion-log in a separate tab. This would allow the patrolling process to become much more efficient, by imparting the most applicable information about past deletions to New Page Patrollers as soon as they are identified.

Based on talking with the Moderator-Tools-Team, we should delay the implementation of this feature until after the migration of info module to VueJS is finished.
