Fix conversion of "konjug" and "konjun" in Serbo-Croatian

Description

The basic idea is to provide support for the proper conversion of the words containing "konjug" or "konjun"
For example:

  • konjugacija (sh-Latn) should be transliterated to конјугација (sh-Cyrl)
  • konjunktivitis (sh-Latn) shoud be transliterated to конјунктивитис (sh-Cyrl)
