Description

As part of the preparation for the MinT for Wiki Readers experiment, @KCVelaga_WMF reported some cases where the machine translated content was taking too much time, and how that could affect the experiment results.

This ticket proposes to consider:

Simple options to reduce the response time for machine translation. For example, we can consider increasing server capacity (T386371).
Measuring response time (T386362) as part of T373862 to be later able to analyze if results are different from those cases where the response was "slow".
