Please, add namespace "Рецепт:" from ruWikibooks in Special:Search of ruWikipedia. Of course, if it possible.
P.s: "Рецепт:" is the same namespace as "Cookbook:" in enWikibooks.

Why does a discussion on Russian Wikibooks have any authority to change anything for Russian Wikipedia?
Only ruwikipedia namespaces could be options in search in ruwikipedia, it's just technical restriction.
I would assume that search requests use content namespaces from Russian Wikibooks itself, and recipe namespace might not be marked as a content namespace. If my assumption is correct, this is the only way this can get fixed.
UPD: Yes, https://ru.wikibooks.org/w/api.php?action=query&meta=siteinfo&siprop=namespaces&formatversion=2 shows Recipe/Cookbook namespace not marked as a content namespace. On English Wikibooks, Cookbook namespace is marked as a content namespace.
In this case, it is about showing results from Wikibooks in Wikipedia search, so not necessarily something Russian Wikipedia controls in the present day either.
Checking https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=Rice+and+Lentils+(Mejadra)&title=Special:Search&profile=advanced&fulltext=1&ns0=1 for https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/Cookbook:Rice_and_Lentils_(Mejadra) it seems like the search algorithm is maybe more dumb and just checks pages in 0 namespace only, no matter the configuration. Compare to https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?search=Raisin+Oatmeal+Muffins&title=Special%3ASearch&ns0=1 which has a result from Wikibooks (but also not a recipe).
I think it's a reasonable expectation that when you search for the default namespaces you want the default namespaces to be searched on the sister wikis as well.

Seems to be working: searching for Яблочный пирог shows Рецепт:Яблочный_пирог in the sidebar.
