The https://ldap.toolforge.org/user/pkover developer account was disabled via wikitech.wikimedia.org account block on 2022-01-06. At the time we didn't know about T339917: wikitech logins set the email address every time, but it seems very likely that the missing email address that triggered the block was actually caused by that bug.

The user has contacted me via wiki-mail which led to my unblocking of their wikitech.wikimedia.org account. I would also like to re-enable their Developer account as soon as that is possible.
