Background

Per the work done as a part of this epic, we should update Figma to replicate the availability in code.

Acceptance criteria

Type scale and necessary variables are added in the Codex Figma library
Component library is updated to use type scale and font modes

Included font size modes in the Codex Figma library:

Included new variables: font-family, font-weight, font-style, font-size, line-height
Created font modes: small (14), medium (16), large (18), and x-large (20).
Created new Text styles with the new variables
Applied new Text styles and size modes in all Figma components
Removed the mobile version of Figma components (components will rely on font modes now)
